Jenny and her team were an invaluable resource for my sister and me as we sold our father's house. Since we both live out of state, she truly went above and beyond, handling everything on the ground and offering support well beyond what you'd expect from a typical realtor. Jenny is not only professional and kind, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the Helen area. The photos, drone videos, and overall marketing she provided during the sales process were excellent. Jenny showed a house I had for sale. I missed the notice she was coming, and was cleaning up around the house. Ran to the store to get some stuff. Left the door open and unlocked. She brought her buyer in and took a note that the house was open. Took pictures and I drove up when she was leaving. She had locked everything back up. Jenny & Todd were wonderful to work with. We met them at an open house before we decided we were actually ready to sell and the chemistry was great. They reached out to us the next day to see what we were looking for and started to keep an eye out for just the right property. They went above and beyond in helping us sell our home and doing open houses so we didn’t have to get kids and dogs out of the house for multiple showings. Jenny and Todd spent countless hours showing us properties and helping us find the perfect new farm. They were always willing to show us something last minute, drive all over the place and work late hours. Jenny was always available to answer questions and take our calls, even while she was on vacation. At both of our closings they thoughtfully brought gifts for our young girls to play with. We highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if we need a realtor.

Jenny did an excellent job marketing my home. Signs, flyers, web notices, full coverage. Photos and video of property by a professional photographer. Even rented a golf cart to show clients around the property for the open house. All of her efforts were above and beyond what you get with most agents.
